Ordering online with Biometrics Direct is secure and convenient. Our ordering process is protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information and confirms the identity of the Biometrics Direct server before allowing your shopping cart to be checked out. Ordering Policy - Domestic Shipment

Effective May 01, 2006 our shipping rates for Ground Shipment within the United States lower 48 are as follows:

As always, expedited shipping will continue to be quoted on an individual basis, as will all shipping to

Ordering Policy - International Shipment
Please review our International Shipment Policy for orders being delivered outside of the United States.

Warranties
All warranties are those of the original equipment manufacturers (OEM).  Defective products beyond 30 days must be replaced or repaired under the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.  No refund or replacement will be issued beyond 30 days from Biometrics Direct for these products.  Customers must communicate directly with the OEM to have their unit repaired or replaced.   In instances where Biometrics Direct is the manufacturer (BioCert and BioSâf products) we will immediately repair or replace these products under the terms of our one year limited warranty.

Return Policy - RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Non-defective products sold by Biometrics Direct are sold on a no-return basis once installed.  Defective product must be returned to Biometrics Direct for replacement or refund within 10 days of RMA authorization.  Non-defective products with an RMA authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  To request an RMA, please email rma@biometricsdirect.com within 10 days of making your purchase.  In no case will products be returned beyond 30 days of purchase. 

The trademarks, service marks, logos, and graphics (the "Trademarks") appearing on Artemis Solutions Group LLC DBA Biometrics Direct's Internet site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Artemis Solutions Group LLC and others. Specifically, Biometrics Direct, BioCert, BioSâf , BioCertification and Secure Biothentication for Your Home and Office are trademarks of the Artemis Solutions Group LLC.  Intel, Intel Inside, and Pentium are registered trademarks of the Intel Corporation.
